Job summary

Apple in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia is seeking a Community Specialist to help grow relationships with partner resellers and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will train and demonstrate Apple products, travel to stores in the community, and uphold brand standards.

This fixed-term role runs approx. 12 months, with a 40-hour week and a Wednesday–Sunday schedule. Reliable personal transportation is required to support in-store demonstrations and partner visits.

Responsibilities

• Proactively seek opportunities to expand awareness for new and existing customers; stay up to date on initiatives impacting the customer journey.
• Ensure all Apple fixtures, product exposures, and merchandising elements are maintained according to Apple's standards.
• Align with leader on weekly partner visits.
• Provide daily care and inspection of multiple points of sale and elevate issues for timely resolution.
• Educate partners and customers through in-store trainings, demos, and sharing the latest sales promotions.
• Distill key themes and insights from store visits and share feedback with other Apple teams.

As a Community Specialist at Apple in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, you will demonstrate your passion for Apple, sales, and growing relationships with multiple partner resellers. You will create excitement and build knowledge around Apple through training and demonstrations, travelling to different stores within your community to deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will be a brand ambassador responsible for influencing every aspect of the Apple experience including merchandising and brand standards.

This is a fixed-term role with a duration of approximately 12 months. You will work 40 hours per week with a typical schedule of Wednesday through Sunday, with flexibility required based on business needs. Reliable personal transportation is required.
