Job summary

Apple Retail in Calgary is seeking a Specialist to build brand loyalty and create owners of Apple products and services. You will tailor recommendations to customer needs and deliver a unique Apple customer service experience.

You will stay informed about Apple products and services, assist peers, and help customers understand ownership opportunities while maintaining accuracy and an inclusive store environment.

Qualifications

• Availability to work a schedule based on business needs including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• English required for the rest of Canada (French in Quebec only).

As a Specialist, you build brand loyalty and create owners of Apple products and services. You're dedicated to selling and delivering a customer service experience that is unlike any other. Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent service to Apple customers by seeking to understand their needs, identifying ownership opportunities, presenting products and services, and educating customers on relevant ways to buy products.
• Understand and proactively stay up to date on Apple's products, services, purchase options, and Product Zone sales processes.
• Support your peers throughout the store as needed by sharing knowledge about Apple's products, services, and purchase options, and assist in offering ownership opportunities.
• Maintain accuracy and follow guidance.
• Perform other tasks as needed, including but not limited to providing customer service and support in other areas of the store.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting each other's differences and having the curiosity to learn.
• Demonstrate Apple's values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities.

Minimum Qualifications

• Availability to work a schedule based on business needs that may include nights, weekends, and public holidays in the retail store, and reliably attend work as scheduled.
• Proficient in written and spoken French if role is based in Quebec; English required for the rest of Canada.
