Job summary

Apple is seeking an Advisor, Channel Retail to lead the sales, merchandising, and operations of an Apple Shop inside a partner retailer in Toronto. You will train and motivate partner staff, showcase Apple products, and build strong relationships with customers.

This part-time role requires 25 hours per week, including evenings and weekends, with a schedule that includes Thursday and Friday 2:00 p.m.–7:00 p.m., Saturday 11:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m., and Sunday 11:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Leverage curiosity for technology and stay up to date on initiatives impacting the customer journey
• Ensure that all Apple fixtures, product exposures, and merchandising elements are up to date and maintained according to Apple's standards
• Provide daily care and inspection according to guidelines and elevate issues for timely resolution
• Educate customers by delivering individual and group product demonstrations, sharing the latest sales promotions, and encouraging adoption of the Apple platform

As a dynamic leader, business manager, and influencer, you will encourage partner staff through your forward-thinking style, love for technology, and passion for Apple.

Through your influence, you will grow Apple business in the multi-branded store by providing excellent customer service, conducting product demonstrations to customers, and training partner staff while ensuring all merchandising standards are met.
