Job summary

A leading home health care provider in Ottawa is looking for Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs) to deliver high-quality at-home care. Qualifications

• Community home care experience preferred.
• RPNs with Dementia Care Education and Experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide meaningful companionship and stimulation to clients with various conditions.
• Advocate for clients’ needs.
• Monitor and report any changes to the client’s condition.
• Administer medication, wound care, vital assessment, liaising with physicians.
• Deliver thorough nursing care in adherence to the care plan, nursing assessments and client needs.
