Job summary

Natural Factors is seeking a Communications & Engagement Advisor to lead internal communications and change initiatives. You will develop and execute plans that support technology adoption and organizational transformation, translating complex information into clear messages across channels.

You will partner with leaders and subject matter experts to identify communication needs, drive employee engagement, and continuously improve strategies, leveraging Microsoft 365 and digital tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications or a related field.
  • At least 2 years in internal communications, employee communications, change communications, or similar role.
  • Experience supporting software implementation projects and communicating change within complex business environments.
  • Strong writing, editing, and content development skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and digital communication tools, along with experience developing communication plans and campaigns.

Job Status: Permanent, Full-Time
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
Work Location: 2000 Brigantine Drive, Coquitlam, BC (Fully in-office during probation, Hybrid after probation)
Salary Range: $65,500 - $82,000 per year

In this role, you will:
