Lifemark Health Group is seeking a Change & Communications Specialist to drive change, communication and readiness plans for technology and operations rollouts. You will translate complex changes into clear business messages for field and end-user audiences.
Reporting to the Director of Strategy & Execution, you will develop emails, FAQs, presentations, intranet content and lightweight job aids, and coordinate field engagement across multiple teams to ensure smooth adoption.
This is a hybrid position (4 days a week in office from one of our office locations below and 1 day a week remote).

Lifemark Technology & Analytics is growing and maturing its technology tools, products and infrastructure, with several critical programs requiring coordinated field readiness and engagement. Reporting to the Director, Strategy & Execution, the Change & Communications Specialist is a critical member of the project team, responsible for owning the execution of defined change, communication and readiness plans so that new capabilities land clearly and effectively with the people who use them.
Working in partnership with the Director and assigned Project Manager, this role translates project and technology changes into practical business impacts, clear communications and lightweight enablement for field and end-user audiences.
