Job summary

Lifemark Health Group is seeking a Change & Communications Specialist for a hybrid role in Brampton or North York, Ontario. You will own change, communication and readiness plans, translating complex project changes into clear messages for frontline and end-user audiences.

This is a hybrid position (4 days a week in office from one of our office locations below and 1 day a week remote).

This opportunity can be based out of either Office Location below:

• Brampton location @ 1 Presidents Choice Cir, Brampton, ON L6Y 5S5 (near hwy. 407 and Mississauga Rd)
• North York location @ 243 Consumers Rd, North York, ON M2J 4W8 (near hwy. 404 and hwy. 401)

The Opportunity

Lifemark Technology & Analytics is growing and maturing its technology tools, products and infrastructure, with several critical programs requiring coordinated field readiness and engagement. Reporting to the Director, Strategy & Execution, the Change & Communications Specialist is a critical member of the project team, responsible for owning the execution of defined change, communication and readiness plans so that new capabilities land clearly and effectively with the people who use them.

Working in partnership with the Director and assigned Project Manager, this role translates project and technology changes into practical business impacts, clear communications and lightweight enablement for field and end-user audiences.

In this role, you will

• Own the execution of project change, communication and readiness plans in partnership with the Director, Strategy & Execution and assigned Project Manager, ensuring activities are delivered on time and aligned to project milestones.
• Develop clear, audience-specific communications and rollout materials, including emails, FAQs, presentations, talking points, intranet content, leader materials and lightweight job aids.
• Translate project and technology changes into practical business impacts, identifying what different stakeholder groups need to know, understand or do differently to be ready for the change.
• Coordinate field engagement and readiness activities across project teams, Operations, Product, Technology and Learning/Training partners, ensuring dependencies, timing and required actions remain connected.
• Maintain change and communications schedules, stakeholder actions and readiness deliverables, escalating gaps or risks that could affect successful rollout and adoption.

What we’re looking for

• 3-5 years of experience in change communications, project communications, organizational change or a related role, ideally supporting technology or operational rollouts in a large, matrixed organization.
• Excellent written communication and content-development skills, with demonstrated experience creating clear, practical materials for frontline, field and end-user audiences.
• Experience working with technology, product or operational project teams, with the ability to quickly understand a change, assess stakeholder impacts and translate technical or project information into meaningful business language.
• Highly organized, collaborative and action-oriented, with strong interpersonal skills, sound judgment, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of change-management principles or Prosci/ADKAR is an asset, not a requirement.
