Job summary

Altis Technology in North Vancouver, BC, is seeking a Brand Experience Coordinator for a contract role (through 2027) with hybrid work (1 day on-site per week). You will coordinate brand experiences, community events, and partner programs, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality experiences.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in event coordination, project coordination, experiential marketing, partnerships, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting contracts, invoicing, purchase orders, budgets, or other administrative processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach.
  • Ability to travel as required and adapt confidently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • You’ll manage contracts, purchase orders, invoices, vendor coordination, and other administrative processes to keep projects on track.
  • You’ll provide coordination and administrative support for professional partner programs, maintaining documentation, onboarding activities, and tracking tools.
  • You’ll assist with travel arrangements, venue logistics, product coordination, and on-site event support as required.
  • You’ll research industry trends, programming concepts, speakers, and community partners to support future initiatives.
  • You’ll contribute to project reporting, event recaps, and process improvements that enhance program delivery.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn new project management and administrative platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach.
  • Ability to travel as required and adapt confidently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience coordinating large-scale events, community programming, professional partner or ambassador programs, or a passion for the outdoor industry is considered an asset.
