Job summary

A leading engineering firm is seeking a Contract CSU Lead in Lloydminster, SK to plan and execute commissioning activities for projects. This role will oversee coordination of commissioning teams, ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards, and manage project integration and operations readiness. Candidates should have extensive experience in commissioning within the oil & gas sector, strong leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills. Travel may be required to support project activities.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in commissioning and start-up within oil & gas or heavy industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of CSU planning, execution, and integration.
• Familiarity with PM plan development and reliability processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop CSU execution plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate multi-discipline commissioning teams and third-party contractors.
• Lead Pre-Startup Safety Review (PSSR) planning and execution.
