Job summary

The Brick in Richmond Hill is seeking a Commercial Sr Associate in Customer Service to join our service team. You will respond to inquiries, follow up with customers, promote loyalty, and help maintain service excellence across departments in a busy retail environment.

Teamwork, warranty processing, and adherence to company policies are essential as you support operations and contribute to profitability. Evening/weekend availability may be required.

Salary Range: $41,600.00 To $44,720.00 Annually

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and offer solutions in a courteous and professional manner
• Follow up with customers to identify and support their needs
• Promote customer loyalty by providing exceptional customer support
• Maintain excellence in detail and customer service
• Promote team work within all departments
• Consistently follow up with customers on the progress of customer service related issues
• Process furniture warranty claims
• Understand, compliant with all Brick Group policies & procedures
• Review and follow up on operational reports on a daily basis
• Assist in the training of new operations staff
• Handle escalated customer service issues and offer solutions
• Increase location profitability and efficiency
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service or sales role (retail environment asset)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills

• Proven ability to multitask and maintain organization

Minimize errors and ensure a high-level of data entry accuracy

• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office programs
• Flexibility to work all shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required
