Job summary

The Brick is seeking energetic sales associates to join our retail team in Canada. You will engage customers, build relationships and guide them through purchases, while maintaining knowledge of Brick products and services.

A guaranteed wage is complemented by uncapped earning potential in a commission-based environment. Ideal candidates bring strong communication, multitasking abilities, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends across shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Ability to learn new computer applications.
• Flexibility to work all shifts as required, including evenings and weekends.
