The Brick is actively seeking to expand our service team in Fredericton. As a Customer Service Associate, you will report to the Operations Manager and contribute to a friendly, customer‑focused environment.

You will handle inquiries, follow up on orders, and promote loyalty while supporting daily operations in a busy retail setting. We offer a flexible benefits package including health and dental coverage and opportunities for personal and professional growth.
