The Brick in Richmond Hill is seeking a capable leader for our National Commercial Call Centre. You will lead a team, coordinate service calls for furniture and appliances, and oversee customer inquiries with a problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years customer service or sales experience.
• Excellent telephone manner; strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office programs.
• A positive and enthusiastic attitude.
