The Brick is actively expanding our service team and seeks a Customer Service Associate to join the operations under the supervision of the Operations Manager. We value enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals who thrive on team collaboration and career growth in a retail setting.

As a Customer Service Associate, you will respond to inquiries, follow up on needs, and support order processing while promoting loyalty and delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Respond to customer inquiries courteously and professionally.

• Review and follow up on order reports daily.

• Flexibility to work all shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required
