Job summary

The Brick Prince George is seeking a Sales Consultant who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. This position offers 100% commission with guaranteed minimum wage for hours worked when commissions fall short, and opportunities to build lasting customer relationships through consultative selling.

You will help customers find the right home furnishings, maintain product knowledge, and work with the team to hit store goals, while developing your sales skills and career prospects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience in customer service and sales is preferred.

Compensation:

This position is 100% commission. Sales Consultants will receive credit for the hours worked within the pay period and minimum wage is paid for those hours, if commissions are not greater than minimum wage.

• Ability to learn new computer applications
• Flexibility to work all shifts as required, including evenings and weekends
