Job summary

The Brick in Richmond Hill, Ontario is seeking a customer service oriented professional for a National Commercial Call Centre role. You will coordinate service calls, respond to inquiries, and manage sales order confirmations for builders and large contracts.

Ideal candidates have a minimum 2 years in customer service or sales, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.
