Job summary

Epic Investment Services, headquartered in Toronto, seeks a Commercial Property Manager to join the Vancouver operations team. You will manage a portfolio of Office, Retail and Industrial properties, coordinate tenant relations, and oversee budgeting and reporting functions.

The role involves site visits, travel to Kelowna occasionally, and interaction with Leasing Teams to optimize occupancy and tenant satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of progressive 3rd party property management experience within the commercial real estate industry.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
• BCFSA Rental Property Management license required or in process of obtaining.
• Client-facing experience with third-party asset managers and property owners is a plus.
• Occasional day travel to the Kelowna, B.C. area approximately once every two months.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for tenants and liaise between tenants and management.
• Foster positive tenant relations and communicate obligations under leases.
• Ensure tenants understand lease obligations and communicate changes promptly.
• Oversee property operations, manage budgets, and coordinate service providers.
