CLT Development Services Society is seeking a hands-on Property Manager to operate a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential real estate in Vancouver. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in property or portfolio management, including multi-site supervision.
• Strong knowledge of residential tenancy law and commercial leasing; familiarity with co-operative housing governance is an asset.
• Experience with property management systems and reporting tools. Yardi Voyager is strongly desired.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Post-secondary education in Property Management, Building Operations, Real Estate, or related field; CPM, RPA, ARM designations are assets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of a diverse real estate portfolio (commercial and residential).
• Maintain asset condition and operations at high standards with proactive contractors and site inspections.
• Lead innovation to manage the portfolio cost-effectively in line with the business plan.
• Ensure health, safety, regulatory and code compliance across properties.
• Manage budgets, invoicing, forecasting, and arrears collections; liaise with Accounting.
