Kingsley Management Inc. is seeking a Commercial Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial and retail properties in Ontario.

The role emphasizes strong tenant relationships, operational excellence, and financial performance through budgeting, cost control, and lease compliance. You will manage day-to-day operations, coordinate vendor service, support leasing activities, ensure OHSA/AODA compliance, and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial property management experience.
• Strong tenant relations and leasing fundamentals.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Yardi is an asset.
• Ability to manage budgets, vendor performance, and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for tenant inquiries, service requests, and concerns.
• Oversee daily operations of a portfolio of commercial and retail properties.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Manage service contracts and vendor relationships.
• Assist leasing activities and tenant documentation.
• Coordinate compliance testing and risk management.
• Maintain accurate property and tenant records.
