Altis Technology in Vancouver, BC is seeking a collaborative Property Manager to oversee a mixed-use light industrial and commercial office portfolio, focusing on exceptional tenant service and day-to-day operations.

You will manage budgets, mentor staff, ensure lease compliance and safety, and partner with tenants and contractors to drive performance and sustainable initiatives, while contributing to a culture of service and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive commercial property management experience.
• Must be licensed in Rental Property Management through BCFSA.
• Experience developing and managing operating and capital budgets.
• Strong relationship-building, customer service, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading or mentoring team members is an asset.

Your Responsibilities

• You will lead the day-to‑day operations of a mixed‑use commercial property portfolio while delivering exceptional tenant service.
• You will build strong relationships with tenants, contractors, and internal stakeholders, resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
• You will oversee operating and capital budgets, approve purchase orders and invoices, and support the financial performance of the portfolio.
• You will mentor and develop team members while fostering a collaborative, high‑performing workplace culture.
• You will ensure compliance with lease obligations, corporate policies, environmental initiatives, and health and safety requirements.
• You will conduct building inspections, oversee maintenance initiatives, and help implement new operational programs and sustainability initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive commercial property management experience, including at least 2 years as a Commercial Assistant Property Manager.
• Must be licensed in Rental Property Management through the British Columbia Financial Services Authority (BCFSA).
• Experience developing and managing operating and capital budgets.
• Strong relationship‑building, customer service, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience leading or mentoring team members is considered an asset.
• Proficiency with property management software such as Yardi and Construction Manager is an asset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism, flexibility, and attention to detail.
