About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial properties in Kimberley, Northern Cape. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation, financial performance, and tenant satisfaction across various retail, office, and industrial spaces. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, budgeting, and tenant relations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of commercial property management best practices. This is a key position within our client's Kimberley-based operations, offering the chance to make a significant impact on their real estate assets in the Northern Cape. Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing the day-to-day management of a commercial property portfolio.
• Developing and managing annual operating budgets and capital expenditure plans.

Requirements

• Proven track record in budget management, tenant relations, and leasing.
• Strong knowledge of property maintenance, building systems, and relevant legislation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in property management software and MS Office Suite.
• Experience with the Northern Cape commercial real estate market is advantageous.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage diverse responsibilities.
