Placements24 is seeking a Senior Real Estate Investment Manager to join our client’s team in Kimberley, South Africa. You will develop and implement investment strategies, source and underwrite acquisitions across commercial, industrial, and retail properties, and manage a diverse real estate portfolio.

The role requires 7–10 years of experience in real estate investment, strong financial modeling, and excellent negotiation and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate or related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive real estate investment management experience.
• Proven track record in sourcing, underwriting and closing real estate transactions.
• Deep understanding of real estate finance, valuation techniques and investment structures.
• Strong financial modeling and Excel proficiency.
• Excellent negotiation, leadership and communication abilities.
• Extensive knowledge of the South African property market, preferably Northern Cape.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel.
