Qualifications

• Proven experience in a commercial insurance environment, with leadership or mentorship responsibilities.
• Active RIBO license required.
• Strong understanding of commercial lines processes and client servicing best practices.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative leadership style.
• Comfortable using broker management systems and related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Provide day-to-day guidance and oversight to a team of commercial brokers and/or support staff.
• Workflow Management: Ensure efficient handling of renewals, endorsements, and client servicing activities.
