Qualifications

• 1-2 years of commercial lines insurance experience or a desire to transition from personal lines.
• Able to work full time in office.
• Legally entitled to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Assist producers with new business, renewals, endorsements, and claims.
• Support inbound walk-in clients and scheduled appointments.
• Manage policy changes and customer requests accurately.
• Collaborate closely with CSR team members.
• Maintain accurate records within insurance management systems.
