A leading manufacturer of personal care amenities is seeking a Technology team member in Burlington to optimize sales processes and manage commercial systems, including HubSpot CRM and eCommerce. As part of the dynamic Technology team at the Hunter global head office, you will work with the Sales team worldwide to implement and support a World-class technology stack and lead the process standardization and optimization of customer attraction and lead-to-cash processes, supporting global sales alignment and multi-channel strategies. From a technology perspective you'll be expected to Manage and integrate our commercial system stack, including CRM (HubSpot), Order Management (EDI & ERPs), and drive the business case for new initiatives and future projects, including eCommerce, CPQ, Customer service chatbots, and voice of consumer analytics.
