Are you an experienced and detail-driven Commercial Lines Account Manager looking for an exciting new opportunity?This role focuses on servicing a portfolio of SME clients across a variety of industries.

Your role and Responsibilities:

• Manage and service a book of small to mid-sized commercial clients, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction

• Handle renewals, policy changes, re-marketing, certificates, and client inquiries with confidence and accuracy

• Quote new business and renewal accounts using insurer portals and manual submissions where required

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in our brokerage management system

• Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and insurer partners

• Identify client needs, provide professional recommendations, and ensure adequate coverage

• Stay up to date with insurance products, market conditions, and underwriting guidelines

What We’re Looking For:

3–7 years of experience in a commercial lines account management role within a brokerage

• Strong working knowledge of SME risks and commercial insurance products

• Familiarity with insurer portals and quoting tools

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities

• Excellent communication and client service skills

• Proactive, solution-oriented, and confident working independently

• Comfortable in a hybrid or remote working environment
