Job summary

Universal Collision Center Inc. in Regina is seeking a permanent, full-time Repair Planner/Collision Estimator. You will perform teardowns, prepare repair plans and cost estimates with Mitchell, Audatex, or CCC ONE per SGI specs, and process claims via SGI e-Claims.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years as a Collision Estimator or Repair Planner in a body shop.
• Experience with SGI claim processing and estimating systems.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed teardowns and blueprinting with body techs to identify damage.
• Create repair plans and cost estimates per OEM and SGI specs using Mitchell/Audatex/CCC ONE.
• Process insurance claims, prepare direct-estimating files, and submit supplements with photos via SGI e-Claims.
• Be main contact for customers, explaining repair plans and updates.
• Coordinate with parts to order OEM parts and keep production moving.
• Align plans with modern vehicle tech including ADAS calibrations.
• Conduct pre-repair check-ins and final quality inspections for proper operation.
