Job summary

Crown Auto Group is seeking an Advanced Repair Planner/Estimator at Crown Autobody & Glass in Winnipeg. You will estimate vehicle damage, blueprint repairs, and liaise with MPI and shop teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in autobody estimation, familiarity with Mitchell Connect, and a proactive, team-oriented approach to meet daily targets and uphold quality standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of autobody estimation experience.
• ICAR certification is preferred or willingness to pursue.
• Hands-on experience with Mitchell Connect or similar estimation tools.

Responsibilities

• Dismantle and assess vehicles to accurately estimate damage.
• Document damages with photos and detailed descriptions.
• Estimate damages following MPI/MOI policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with production, parts, CSR and MPI teams on updates.
• Estimate and process about 5 vehicles per day for internal and retail.
