Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of collision repair estimating or similar role.
• Knowledge of Audatex and Mitchell estimating software.
• I-CAR Gold Class certification or working towards it.

Responsibilities

• Audit initial estimates and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Diagnose collision damage including structural and mechanical issues.
• Assign tasks to body technicians and coordinate parts orders.
• Communicate with customers and insurance adjusters throughout the process.
• Maintain production flow and ensure final quality inspections before delivery.
