Job summary

AutoCanada Inc. currently seeks a Repair Planner for Excellence Auto Collision - Midwest in Toronto, ON.

This full-time role focuses on assessing vehicle damage and preparing accurate repair cost estimates, coordinating with clients, insurers, and technicians to ensure efficient, high-quality repairs. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in a collision centre estimator role and demonstrates strong communication, organization and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a Collision Centre Estimator role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with clients and leadership.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Detail oriented, self-motivated and resourceful.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact to clients during the entire repair process.
• Examine and evaluate the vehicle to determine damage extent across structural, body, mechanical, electrical and interior systems.
• Write comprehensive estimates and supplements for OEM repairs.
• Inspect vehicles during repair for quality control to meet client, Insurance and OEM standards.
• Set customer expectations for processing procedures and communicate the repair plan.
• Update clients on completion times, costs and any changes in status.
