Agilus by Synergie seeks a Collections Associate for a 3-month contract in Woodbridge, Ontario. You will contact customers about overdue balances, negotiate payment solutions, and document activities. The role offers hands-on training, exposure to a high-volume portfolio, and collaboration with Sales, Credit, and AR teams.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in collections or AR, strong communication, negotiation skills, and proficiency with Excel. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years in collections or accounts receivable.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Professional and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to negotiate payment arrangements effectively.
• Experience managing customer accounts and outstanding balances.
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsabilidades

• Contact customers regarding overdue balances through phone and email.
• Investigate reasons for non-payment and negotiate payment solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer communications.
• Review customer accounts and monitor aging reports.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and payment-related issues.
• Follow up on disputes to ensure timely resolution.
• Process and post customer payments, including credit card transactions.
• Manage a large portfolio of customer accounts while maintaining service standards.
