Job summary

Intelex Technologies ULC is seeking a Collections Analyst to manage overdue customer accounts, drive timely collections, and reduce financial risk through careful follow-up and reconciliations. You will partner with Billing, Legal, and Customer Success to resolve inquiries and improve AR processes.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in collections, strong MS Office proficiency, and the ability to work with Salesforce or other accounting software.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years experience in collections and accounts receivable.
• Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce or accounting software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage overdue customer accounts and support timely collection of receivables.
• Follow up with customers by email or phone regarding overdue balances.
• Collaborate with Billing, Legal, Customer Success to resolve account issues.
