Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a Client Account Specialist (Collections) to join our client’s team on a permanent basis in Mississauga, Canada. This role focuses on contacting customers with overdue balances, offering payment options, and driving recovery while meeting individual and team targets.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of customer service experience, a high school diploma, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, client support, or call centre.
• Paralegal education is an asset, but not required.

This is a great opportunity for a customer-focused, goal-oriented professional who enjoys speaking with customers, building relationships, solving problems, and working toward measurable targets.

What You’ll Do

• Contact customers regarding overdue accounts and discuss payment options

What You Bring

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, client support, or call centre.

• Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office
• Ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems
• Professional and confident when communicating with customers
• Goal-oriented and motivated by achieving sales, performance, or customer service targets
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Paralegal education is an asset, but not required
