Reporting to the Director of Credit, the Collections Specialist is mainly responsible for collection, account reconciliation and maintaining a portfolio of accounts. This role involves contacting customers to pay past due balances, resolve billing discrepancies, negotiate payment arrangements if necessary, and maintain accurate records of collection efforts. The Collections Specialist plays a crucial role in optimizing cash flow and reducing bad debt, contributing to the financial stability of our company.
