Job summary

Donna Cona Inc. is seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, Level 2, for a contract engagement with a government client in Ottawa.

The role requires a Reliability clearance and extensive hands-on work with SAS Viya (Viya 4), AWS, and enterprise integrations. You will troubleshoot complex distributed systems, implement and support SAS Viya platforms, and contribute to governance, security, and CI/CD practices across multi-team projects.

Qualifications

• Valid security clearance at Reliability level.
• Minimum 5 years as Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, Level 2.
• Minimum 3 years in last 5 years working with SAS Viya (Viya 4).
• Minimum 5 years in last 8 years performing troubleshooting and root cause analysis in distributed/enterprise systems.
• Minimum 5 years working with cloud environments (AWS), including integration, deployment, or operations.

Responsibilities

• Experience implementing, configuring, administering, and supporting SAS Viya 4 platforms.
• Troubleshooting and root cause analysis within SAS Viya and enterprise platforms.
• Working with cloud environments and enterprise integrations (AWS, APIs).
• Applying SAS Viya capabilities to support business and technical solutions.
• Governance, security, and compliance within analytics and enterprise platforms.
• Performance analysis and optimization of platform components.
• CI/CD pipelines and source control practices (Git).
• Data management, data governance, audit logging, and data lineage.
• Providing knowledge transfer, documentation, and technical guidance.
• Working in multi-team, multi-project environments supporting concurrent initiatives.

Donna Cona Inc. is currently seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, Level 2, for one of our key government clients.

Candidate MUST have the following:

• A valid security clearance at the level of Reliability;
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, Level 2;
• Must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience within the last five (5) years working with SAS Viya (Viya 4);
• Must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience within the last eight (8) years performing troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution in distributed or enterprise systems; and
• Must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience working with cloud-based environments (AWS), including integration, deployment, or operational support.

Candidate should have the following demonstrated experience:

• Experience implementing, configuring, administering, and supporting SAS Viya 4 platforms and environments;
• Experience performing troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution within SAS Viya and/or enterprise platforms;
• Experience working with cloud-based environments and enterprise integrations, including AWS, APIs, enterprise systems, or related cloud services;
