Job summary

Peterborough Family Health Team seeks a Clinical Manager to lead interprofessional teams across FHOs and PFHT programs. The role focuses on clinical leadership, governance, and service consistency in a multi-site network.

You will report to the CEO, support quality improvement, oversee budget and human resources, and ensure PHIPA and OHSA compliance while coordinating with site leaders and investigators. This full-time, permanent position offers 37.5 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field is required; Master’s degree is an asset.
• Regulatory college membership in healthcare required (e.g., CNO, DC, CRPO).
• Experience in primary care and 3–5 years in middle management in a clinical setting preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, vulnerable sector check, and own vehicle are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to PFHT teams and programs; supervise and support interdisciplinary health professionals.
• Collaborate with physicians, administration, and PFHT IHPs to ensure accountability and efficiency.
• Lead team meetings, monitor operations, and report to executives on daily activities.
• Coordinate staff time off to maintain clinical leadership and service continuity.
• Ensure compliance with professional standards, PHIPA, ESA, OHSA, and PFHT policies.
