Job summary

Bissell Centre is seeking a Clinical Social Worker to join the Family Intervention Services team in a fast-paced, community-focused environment in Edmonton. You will provide clinical oversight, develop and monitor care plans, and coordinate high-acuity caseloads to support participants toward stability and housing outcomes.

The role emphasizes trauma-informed, evidence-based practice, multidisciplinary collaboration, and ongoing risk assessment to ensure participant safety and progression toward

Qualifications

• Active ACSW registration in Alberta.
• 3–5 years of psychosocial assessment experience.
• Experience with multi-disciplinary care plans and high-acuity caseloads.
• Experience with addictions and mental health is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight for participants in the Family Intervention program.
• Develop, monitor, and review multi-disciplinary care plans.
• Lead high-acuity case management and coordinate intensive support.
• Conduct ongoing clinical risk assessments and safety planning.
• Facilitate communication between service providers and internal teams.
• Coordinate caseload reviews and case conferences as needed.
