Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostic testing and quality control procedures.
• Prepare reagents and report results according to policies.
• Conduct moderate to high complexity laboratory testing.
• Maintain laboratory systems and ensure operational efficiency.
• Assist with training and orientation of testing personnel.
• Evaluate staff competencies and support continuous improvement.

Shift: Evenings | 2:30 AM – 11:00 PM | 5x8 Hour Shifts

Job Summary

Performs advanced diagnostic testing and quality control procedures, prepares reagents, and reports results in accordance with established policies and procedures. Conducts moderate to high complexity testing, maintains laboratory systems, and assists with training and orientation of testing personnel. Evaluates competencies and supports continuous improvement in lab operations. Demonstrates leadership in maintaining compliance, accuracy, and efficiency across all testing activities. Performs other duties as assigned.

Licensure / Certification Required

• State of Florida Clinical Laboratory Technologist License
