Job summary

BayCare Health System hires for a laboratory role at St. Joseph’s Hospital in a hybrid setting. The team ensures regulatory compliance, maintains education and competency documentation, and leads the Quality Improvement Program to enhance patient care.

• State of Florida License for Clinical Laboratory Personnel or Cytogenetics.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Assures compliance with all regulatory and accreditation requirements

• Formats Quality Assurance (QA) Quality Improvement (QI) spreadsheets and maintains files and reports for laboratory administration.
• Develops education offerings, coordinates education activities, monitors team member and compliance to mandatory training
