BayCare Health System in Tampa, FL is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist - Hem/Onc to join our team, focusing on patient-centered care and drug therapy optimization. The role supports safety, effectiveness and cost containment within oncology and hematology services at St. Joseph's Hospital.

Clinical Pharmacist Position Details

• Facility: St. Joseph's Hospital
• Location: Tampa, FL
• Status: Full time, exempt
• Shift: 8:00AM-4:30PM
• Weekend Work: None
• On Call: No

Clinical Pharmacist Responsibilities

• The clinical pharmacist shall support the mission of the hospital and pharmacy department by preventing, identifying and resolving drug related problems to assure patient safety improve patient satisfaction and minimize costs.

Certifications And Licensure

• Required : Pharmacist - State of FL
• Preferred : Completion of ASHP Accredited PGY1 Pharmacy Residency

Requirements

• Required : Bachelor’s Degree
• Preferred : PharmD, Acute Care Experience
