Job summary

Eagleview Veterinary Hospital in Squamish, BC is part of NVA Canada and is seeking a friendly Customer Services Representative to join our team. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients and pets, helping ensure a welcoming, efficient experience in a fast-paced clinic.

We offer a collaborative environment with 3x9-10 hour shifts weekly, competitive pay ($20-$25/hr) and health and dental benefits if you work more than 24 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Previous veterinary or medical reception experience preferred but not required.

Eagleview Veterinary Hospital is looking for a passionate Customer Services Representative to join our growing team in beautiful Squamish, BC. Surrounded by mountains and ocean, Squamish offers an incredible lifestyle with year-round access to hiking, biking, climbing, skiing, and more.

We are a busy, community-focused hospital committed to high-quality patient care and exceptional client service. We currently have a strong team of 5 CSRs and, as we continue to grow and support the Sea to Sky community, we're excited to welcome another CSR to the team.

As the first point of contact for our clients and patients, our CSRs play a vital role in creating a welcoming and supportive experience for both pets and pet parents. We are seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates well, and genuinely enjoys helping others.
