Job summary

Westview Veterinary Hospital in Powell River, BC is seeking a Client Services Representative to join our busy, fast-paced team. The role focuses on servicing clients and their pets with professionalism and confidence, answering calls, scheduling appointments, invoicing, and EMR documentation.

The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, multitasking ability in a large team, and prior client-service experience; veterinary clinic experience is preferred.

The Client Services Representative position involves the following:

Serving the needs of our clients and their p ets with professionalism and confidence Answering phone calls and scheduling appointment s Invoicing and processing payments Electronic Medical Record-keeping Communication with clients, veterinarians, and team. Hospital Maintenance, including stocking of shelves, cleaning exam rooms and reception area.
