Job summary

Senior HelpersOkanagan is seeking a Client Services Coordinator to support clients, caregivers, and the care team. This role calls for a registered HCA/PSW or experienced caregiver with strong communication skills and a passion for seniors.

You will assist with assessments, care planning, scheduling, ongoing client communication, and caregiver onboarding, while upholding provincial regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Registered with the BC Care Aide & Community Health Worker Registry.
  • Completion of a recognized HCA program.
  • 2+ years experience in senior care or a similar role.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; WellSky experience is an asset.
  • Reliable transportation and flexibility for occasional evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

Senior HelpersOkanagan has an immediate opening for a Client Services Coordinator to support our clients, caregivers, and care team. If you’re a registered HCA, PSW or experiences caregiverwith strong communication skills and experience in senior care, this is a meaningful role with room to grow.

What You’ll Do
