Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Client Services Coordinator on behalf of our client in Markham, ON.
This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and delivering exceptional service. You will serve as a key point of contact for clients and business partners while supporting day-to-day administrative, communication, and client service activities.
- Pay Rate: $50,000 per year + Bonus

Responsibilities:
Client Service & Relationship Management
- Respond to client and business partner inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Deliver professional, accurate, and timely support to ensure an exceptional client experience
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and business partners
- Track, manage, and follow up on inquiries to ensure prompt resolution
Administrative & Operational Support
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and service requests
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client questions and concerns
- Assist with various administrative and operational activities as required
- Support process improvement initiatives and team projects
Communications & Content Support
- Prepare, edit, and organize client-facing communications and materials
- Support the maintenance of digital content and social media platforms
- Ensure communications are accurate, professional, and aligned with company standards
- Assist with the creation and distribution of client information and updates
Qualifications and Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in customer service, administration, client support, office management, hospitality, retail, or another service-oriented environment
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Demonstrated ability to provide a high level of customer service
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to explain information clearly, professionally, and confidently
- Comfortable learning new systems, processes, and technologies
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
- Professional, adaptable, and patient approach when interacting with clients
- Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
