Job summary

Array's Toronto office is seeking a composed front desk concierge to be the face of our client service team. You will greet visitors, manage logistics, and prioritize exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

This role includes coordinating daily catering, maintaining meeting spaces, and supporting administrative tasks. Strong communication and discretion are essential, with a flexible schedule and ability to work onsite in Downtown Toronto.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years in front desk, concierge, hospitality or admin support.
  • Experience handling client interactions with professionalism and discretion.
  • Proficient with MS Office and able to learn new office systems.
  • Able to set up and troubleshoot videoconferencing equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients, organize logistics and fulfill requests.
  • Coordinate daily catering: order, set up, and tidy.
  • Maintain clean, stocked catering areas and replenish supplies.
  • Prepare order lists for catering, supplies and products.

Summary

Job Description

Our front desk concierge is the face of our client service team within our Toronto office. We are looking for someone with a composed and professional demeanor that can anticipate our clients’ needs, build long‑term trusting relationships, and strive to improve client experience. Our concierge must be detail oriented, have an ability to multi‑task, and prioritize the provision of exceptional service.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 - 5:00

Work Location:

Onsite in Downtown Toronto

Responsibilities
  • As the primary point of contact: greet clients upon arrival, organize and manage logistics, complete specific requests
  • Catering coordination: breakfast and lunch is ordered, set out, and tidied each day
  • Ensure all areas of catering are clean and well maintained, including replenishment of products
  • Prepare lists of orders – catering, supplies, products
  • Maintain boardrooms: set‑up, connect, and troubleshoot boardroom videoconference technology, ensure supplies are stocked and refilled, reset the rooms for new matters
  • Execute on administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
  • Occasional flexibility with schedule may be required based on business needs
  • 2+ years of experience in a front desk, concierge, hospitality, client service, or administrative support role (corporate, hotel, or professional services setting preferred).
  • Experience managing client-facing interactions with a high degree of professionalism and discretion.
  • Familiarity with catering coordination, conference room management, or office hospitality operations is an asset. Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and comfort learning new office systems or booking platforms.
  • Ability to set up, connect, and troubleshoot videoconferencing equipment (e.g., Zoom, Teams, WebEx).
  • Comfortable using office technology: printers, copiers, phones, badge access systems, AV equipment, etc. Exceptional customer service orientation with the ability to anticipate client needs and create a welcoming, elevated experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
  • Ability to remain calm, composed, and solutions-focused under pressure or in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Corporate, hotel, or professional services setting preferred.
  • Legal industry experience is a plus!
Additional Details

This is an active recruitment for an existing vacancy as we expand our Toronto team. The annual pay range for this role is $50,000–$60,000 and is dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications.
