Canada Life in Winnipeg is hiring a Client Service Associate, Insurance and Investments for a permanent full-time role. You will be the first voice clients hear, handling inquiries and delivering strong service while coordinating meetings and supporting advisors.

Ideal candidates will have 2 years in a financial services client-support role, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to process and technology changes. Licensing (Life & A&S) and MFDA interest are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years in an Advisor/Client support role in a Financial Services/Insurance firm.
• Excellent client service skills and proactive follow-up.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Adaptability to product, process and tech changes.
• Proficiency with MS Office, CRM systems and industry software.
• Life and A&S License and MFDA licensing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, video conference and in person.
• Coordinate advisor and client appointments and events.
• Process insurance and investment new business and in‑force service work from start to finish.
• Ensure CRM and files are updated with client information and documentation.
• Provide coverage for other team members as needed.
