Job summary

Western Financial Group in Winnipeg, MB, is seeking an Insurance Advisor to manage a national book of small business accounts and grow client relationships. You will review policy coverage, issue certificates, handle renewals, and collaborate with providers to meet sales targets.

With a General Insurance Level 1 License preferred and strong sales & communication skills, you will navigate multiple systems, support clients, and contribute to the growth of the business while upholding Western’s

Qualifications

• General Insurance Level 1 License is preferred.
• Experience achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.
• Proficiency with multiple computer programs.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on client accounts and resolve outstanding activities.
• Review data entries, invoicing and coverage selection for compliance.
• Issue certificates for new business and renewals.
• Process changes to policies and endorsements for commercial book.
• Conduct sales calls and upsell products to clients.
