Job summary

Federated Insurance in Canada is seeking a Federated Client Service Representative to manage client questions and deliver exceptional service, supporting sales agents within a fast-paced office. This role emphasizes attention to detail and clear communication to ensure a great client experience.

When our clients have a question, we need an exceptional Client Service Representative to manage the relationship and provide excellent customer service ensuring that every interaction is a great experience, with efficient flawless service standards. The most important characteristics for our CSR’s are attention to detail and communication, working in a fast-paced office supporting a number of sales agents you’ll be the go-to person in the office for questions from your colleagues. We want your talent!

If you are great at:

• Customer Service Handling high volumes of requests in a timely and accurate manner
• Assisting team members
• Working with different departments to ensure a quick and accurate flow of information
