What it’s like to be a Federated Client Service Representative (East)

When our clients have a question, we need an exceptional Client Service Representative to manage the relationship and provide excellent customer service ensuring that every interaction is a great experience, with efficient flawless service standards. The most important characteristics for our CSR's are attention to detail and communication, working in a fast-paced office supporting a number of sales agents you'll be the go-to person in the office for questions from your colleagues. We want your talent!

If you are great at:

• Customer Service Handling high volumes of requests in a timely and accurate manner
• Assisting team members
• Working with different departments to ensure a quick and accurate flow of information

If you have:

• Post-Secondary education (College or University)
• 2 years of front-line Customer Service experience
• OTL or Level 1 RIBO license
• Exceptional communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Team-first mentality

The base salary range for this role is $50,000 - $60,000, which reflects the expected base pay - not the total compensation package. The actual base salary may vary depending on your experience, skills, and alignment with the position.
