Job summary

Federated Insurance is looking for a Commercial Insurance Specialist Trainee to build and maintain relationships with Manitoba businesses. The program includes full sales training and support to obtain your insurance license.

You will work in a primarily field/remote capacity with occasional in‑office days, supported by a strong benefits program and education assistance to advance your CIP/FCIP or other courses.

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary education (College or University) and strong communication are required.
• 1-2 years of front-line sales experience is desirable.
• A competitive spirit and drive to perform are important.
• Exceptional communication skills and a valid driver’s license are required.
